The Acoustibuds design revitalizes earphones to provide unparalleled retention, comfort, enriched acoustics and sound isolation. The closely spaced fins are soft and flexible to stay in the ear more securely. Even with perspiration and extreme physical activity, these fins continue to hold the earphone securely in place due to their unique profile and spacing. Superior sound isolation is also created with the fins to seal out noise from outside. Volume and bass frequencies are amplified allowing operation of your MP3 at a lower volume setting. Inside, the “Twin Cone Core” better channels the sound wave in your ear. The twin cone core guides the sound wave like a miniature acoustic horn to minimize sound impedance enriching middle and upper range frequencies. Purchased this unit two weeks ago. Map does not have roads that are two or more years old. Directions are not correct. Sent me into an area of Nashville Tenn that I did not need to be in. Contacted garman and they told me that I needed to update my unit with the latest maps at a cost of $64.00. I said I thought that I was bought an updated unit. I sent it back to Amazon for full refund. This garman novi 765 is a poor system, don’t buy it it’s adud.

My new Nuvi 765T is an upgrade from my Nuvi 205W. Here is the pros and cons:
Pros:
- Very fast in locking satellite signal.
- Very happy with the lifetime FM traffic update.
- Nice feature of custom POI
Cons:
- The most obvious down side is there is a delay when menu icon is touched.
- Sometimes even it is set to select the faster route to get on the freeway, it may still take you to shorter route instead.
- The device is still confused when in downtown with high rise buildings.
- Very few list of compatible cell phone to be paired with bluetooth
But overall, it is still an excellent GPS.

I bought Garmin Nuvi 765 one month ago and it is very good piece. But if they could have given the leather pouch along with the navigator for free it would be nice.

Bought the Garmin last week from Amazon for $276 only to find out one week later that Garmin lists the price as $219.99. The garmin worked WONDERFULLY for a multi-state trip to new destinations. A very impressive device. Functioned exactly as expected. This was a present for my wife who gets lost easily. She calls it her new best friend.
